Through our relationships with the major benefit providers in the health care industry, we have been extremely successful in structuring competitively-priced, comprehensive employee benefits programs for all sized corporate clients. We work closely with each customer to make sure their employee benefits program best suits them in terms of richness of benefits offered, flexibility of provider networks, and financial cost considerations.

For medical programs, we can offer HMO, PPO, POS, and Major Medical options, specifically tailored to meet the employee population of your company. Although most of our customers are based in the New England area, we recognize that many are expanding across the country. We can assist in the coordination of a multi-state medical program. We can also provide a comprehensive dental program to enhance your medical benefits program.

Additionally, we can provide you with short term disability, long term disability, long term care, and life insurance coverages. We work with several major insurance companies to provide attractive pricing and program design.

As part of our comprehensive employee benefit program strategy, we often assist employers with the establishment of so-called "cafeteria plans" (Section 125 Plans) for employees to have certain contributions taken from their pay on a pre-tax basis. We work closely with several third party administrators to set up the initial administration and successfully transfer plan implementation to the TPA.

In developing these programs, we provide a full range of service and support, from the initial design of the program, to employee enrollment meetings, to special claims handling situations. We can also coordinate employer-sponsored health fairs and other wellness sessions for employees. And, since we are so actively involved with your employee benefits program, we can also take care of the required annual 5500 filings with the IRS for these plans.
