Steve joined The Weiner Company, Inc. in February, 1977. The next year, he became the broker for Software Arts, one of the first Massachusetts high technology companies. This association led to Steve's ability to provide the highest quality service to many emerging technology companies. Today, The Weiner Company, Inc. serves some 30-40 technology firms as broker for all lines of insurance, both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits.

As technology companies began to engage in extensive international operations, Steve has been very active in multinational insurance program management for many years. His experience and expertise have enabled The Weiner Company to respond in a streamlined, thorough fashion so that clients are positioned to take advantage of opportunities around the world in today's fast-paced global marketplace.

The company's full service strategy was developed under Steve's leadership in order to provide clients with "one stop shopping." The company also differentiates itself by giving clients full access to senior partners with many years of experience. Finally, the company understands the need for immediate response to risk management issues to facilitate the implementation of clients' business initiatives.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Arts degree in English from Georgetown University, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
