Richard began his career with The Weiner Company in July, 1973. Over the last 25+ years, Richard's primary focus has been on developing and maintaining a great number of significant, long-standing client relationships. Many of Richard's clients have been directly associated with him for 10+ years, and have come to rely upon his experience and expertise in assessing their risk management and insurance needs.

Richard provides valuable leadership and a strong customer service orientation that cuts across all departments within the office. This leadership is particularly evident in the area of claims management, where he has successfully negotiated hundreds of unique and complex claims for clients. Richard's extensive background in these areas provides our clients with a high degree of comfort in knowing that their claims are being aggressively managed on their behalf.

In addition to the claims function, Richard manages our personal lines business, serving as The Weiner Company's primary interface with the major carriers who provide personal insurance products and services for our clients.

Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College.
