Connie joined The Weiner Company in 1995 as Vice President and General Manager. Her 20 years of commercial insurance experience have enhanced the company's ability to provide a full line of insurance products and services to a wide range of clients in Massachusetts and throughout the country.

Connie began her career in March, 1978 with the Hartford Insurance Group in Detroit, Michigan as an underwriting trainee. She worked in the Hartford's Chicago office as a commercial underwriter for 5 years before moving to Boston as Underwriting Manager in 1983.

In 1990, she became Assistant General Manager in the Los Angeles office and subsequently served as General Manager in the Omaha office of the Hartford for three years. During her tenure, the office achieved $50 million in annual revenues with a focus on large, loss sensitive Workers Compensation plans. This experience allowed Connie to participate with clients in their risk management planning and to develop services which were supportive of sound cost containment strategies.

Connie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Michigan. She currently holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
