Crystal joined The Weiner Company in January 2000 as Vice President of Global Risk Management and has since been appointed Senior Vice President. She has over 25 years of commercial insurance experience, most recently handling complex and multinational needs for our clients. In addition to multinational expertise, she has significant experience in working on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

She began her commercial insurance career in September, 1983 with The Home Insurance Company, Towson, MD, as an underwriting trainee in the company’s fast track program. In 1985 she joined Chubb, where she held various commercial underwriting and management positions in Chubb's Philadelphia, Richmond, Montreal, and Boston offices.

She brings to The Weiner Company a broad knowledge of international practices and unique customer service needs. She works closely with clients and insurers to tailor insurance products on a cost effective basis.

Crystal received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  She also is on the Board of Directors of The Wildlands Trust of Southeastern Massachusetts, and is active as a member of the Board’s Executive Committee.
